Roofer
The Roofer installs roofing materials and components on portable buildings in a manufacturing environment. Duties include measuring and cutting roofing materials, installing metal or shingle roofing systems, sealing roof penetrations, and ensuring roofs are properly aligned and secured. The roofer works as part of a production team to complete buildings efficiently while maintaining high standards for safety and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities

Painter
The Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing portable buildings and building components in a manufacturing environment. This position ensures all products meet company quality standards for appearance, durability, and customer satisfaction. The Painter works with a production team to complete buildings efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and masking areas as needed

Apply paint, stain, sealants, and protective coatings using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes

Mix paints and finishes to match required specifications

Inspect finished surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects

Maintain paint equipment and keep work areas clean and organized

Follow production schedules and company standards

Observe all safety procedures and proper handling of paint materials and chemicals

Assist with moving materials and supporting other production departments when needed
Qualifications

Builder
The Builder is responsible for constructing portable buildings and building components according to company specifications and quality standards. This position involves framing, flooring, siding, roofing, trim work, and general assembly of structures such as sheds, cabins, garages, barns, and portable offices. Builders work as part of a production team in a manufacturing environment to complete projects safely, efficiently, and accurately.

Truss and Door Builder
The Truss and Door Builder is responsible for constructing roof trusses and assembling doors for portable buildings according to company specifications and quality standards. This position requires accurate measuring, cutting, assembling, and fastening of materials in a manufacturing environment. The Truss and Door Builder works closely with the production team to ensure components are built efficiently, safely, and ready for installation.
Key Responsibilities

Operate hand tools, power tools, saws, nail guns, and assembly equipment safely

Qualifications

Delivery Driver
The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting and delivering portable buildings to customer and dealer locations while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company safety standards. This position involves loading, securing, transporting, setting up, and sometimes leveling portable buildings such as sheds, cabins, garages, and portable offices.
Key Responsibilities

Safely transport portable buildings to customer sites using company trucks and trailers

Load, secure, and inspect buildings prior to transport

Deliver and position buildings according to customer and company specifications
-
Operate delivery equipment, trailers, towing systems, and setup tools safely
-
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
-
Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch and customers
-
Ensure all paperwork, delivery records, and inspections are completed accurately
-
Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
-
Assist with minor setup, leveling, anchoring, or adjustments during delivery
-
Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred depending on vehicle requirements

Clean driving record and ability to safely tow large loads

Experience with trailers, heavy hauling, or equipment transport preferred
